Arvis Zohoor (she/her), BA. (Hons), RP (Qualifying)
Arvis works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, autism, ADHD, trauma, and grief. To best support her clients, she uses an integrative approach drawing upon modalities such as cognitive behavioural, dialectical behavioural, and mindfulness-based techniques. Furthermore, she operates from a trauma-informed and collaborative lens, and strives to provide a safe and compassionate space for her clients.
Arvis completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts (B.A., Hons) degree in Psychology at York University, and is currently completing her Master of Psychology (M.Psy.) degree at Adler. She is a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Arvis can provide psychotherapeutic services in English and Farsi.
